Fired......rehired??

I got fired from Walgreens in 2011 due to missing one day of work. I worked there for a little under a year. I see they're hiring a lot again. Am I able to reapply even if I was terminated? Not sure how that kind of thing works. I'm assuming not but I thought maybe since it's been almost 4 years maybe they'd reconsider....does anyone have any opinions?
