Scared for another failed pregnancy, need some hope.

Hi my name is Lindsey and I found out I am pregnant for the third time in my life. I am 28 years old and I have a history of unsuccessful pregnancies. I got pregnant while on Depo in 2001 and had a miscarriage. Last year I got pregnant with my now husband, and it was ectopic and I had to have emergency surgery to remove a Fallopian tube. We just got married and found out after our honeymoon that we are pregnant. I had my first OB appt today and she saw a gestational sac and the yolk but no fetus inside. I see the doctor again in 9 days for another ultrasound to see if she sees a fetus inside, if not she will diagnose a miscarriage. I need some hope here because I feel no hope and scared for this next week. Thanks for the support guys.
