Question. Kind of gross

This morning after waking up and going to the bathroom I noticed a bump on my inner labia. The best way I can describe it is like a pimple. I am 99.9% sure it was not there last night before I went to be. There is no discoloration from what I can see. The center might be a little more red but that's about it. I did a quick Google search and it looks like it is a cyst of some sort? Anyone have one of these before? What did you do? I really don't wanna go to the doctor unless absolutely necessary.
