My husband adopting my son

My husband and I have been together since a month after I found out I was pregnant (3 years) but I have known him since I was in high school (10 years) I was in an abusive relationship and my son's biological father is now in prison for drugs and stabbing a man. He (biological father) wants nothing to do with my son. My husband now is the best and we are such a happy family and we want to make it official.
