Break ups are so hard :(

Today marks 5 days since my SO and I spoke and almost 2 weeks since we broke up. I'm 32 weeks, hormonal, really needed him but he's not by my side. I begged (yes I know, pitiful) but I begged him to come over more, spend time and make a relationship with my 2 children from a previous marriage, and he never would. He stopped having sex with me, we started breaking up more bc nothing was changing and then he added his ex gf on fb and started liking all these women's pictures. We had it out now he has me blocked, yes blocked on fb and I guess on his phone. Ughhhhhhhh! I know I'm better off but damn! We even work together. I tried to apologize and explain myself but nothing!!!!!!!!!! I hope it gets better.
