I wanted to purchase a tea these are the ingredients list are they bad or safe?

Red raspberry leaf tea is the absolute best for pregnancy and women's health. You can and should drink as much as you want.

I've been drinking chamomile my entire pregnancy. It helps with gas soooo much!!! Peppermint is great for nausea and headaches. I drink most teas- chai is good when you have a headache because it's gentle and has a little bit of caffeine

Listen to your doctor. I talked to my OB about this and she is of the opinion that I can drink herbal teas no problem. Some doctors have different opinions. Your best bet is sticking to your doctor's opinion

Sage can potentially be a problem during pregnancy. But. If it's that far down the ingredients list, and you are only drinking a cup or two a day, it's probably fine. Perhaps check with your medical advisor to be sure.
