How long will you wait to ttc again?

Question

My partner wants to wait 2 years I want my first child before I'm 25 (currently 23). We just loss our first so I don't want to rush. We'll see what happens. What's your and you're partners thoughts?

We lost our baby at 12 weeks, but didn't find out til 16 weeks. It's been 3.5 weeks since the d&c. We are both ready to try again, but we are waiting until I've had 1 cycle. I hope it doesn't take long. Just got my first negative pregnancy test this morning. I know we will have a lot of mixed emotions if we ever do conceive again, but giving up and not having kids is not an option for us right now. We have grieved and I still have my moments, but we don't feel the need to wait. But everyone is different and grieves differently so wanting to wait is not a bad thing either. We lost one in March, had a d&c. Doc said no sex for a couple weeks, and give yourself about 8-12 weeks to heal. We held out for 2 weeks after the d&c and was pregnant again! It was a shock because it was so quick. We are now 31 weeks with our little boy.

I personally will take as much time as it takes to heal from the loss. As much as I would love to be pregnant and have a baby, I feel I need to be somewhat emotionally heald from the lose before moving on. I'm on my second loss in 5 years I have a son between the two lost babies. And the day I held my son was the day I didn't feel the sadness everyday. But I just can't bring myself to risk losing another baby right away. It hurts too much.

I delivered my stillborn on 10/9 at 20 weeks. Had D&C for placenta on 10/10 and waited 2 weeks to have sex and ended up pregnant. I got w faint positive last week so whatever you choose I think you should talk with your fiancé and make a decision. It's an emotional journey after a miscarriage... Whenever you feel ready is how I feel

I want it to happen successfully ASAP but he's trying without trying, just going with the flow in a sense. I don't want to wait forever. With our angel baby we were only trying, without calculation, for 6 months. If there isn't contraception used you're trying...

I haven't deleted this app because I find the support groups helpful, but I decided I'm just leaving it to the "universe" (to be non-controversial) I kept track of everything for my baby we love November 3 and I don't think I can handle being let down every month is in tracking and trying. So what happens, happens but I'm not going to try to force anything.

I wanted to as soon as I had 1 cycle and he wanted the same but it has been a month tomorrow and still no af and I am starting to feel like I want to wait closer to a year and if I feel ready within that time then fine but I started feeling like now just wasn't a good time anymore and like I wasn't ready anymore. And we were already given like everything to furnish our nursery.... And I lost the baby at almost 7 weeks and no d&c. I go in for my last bloodwork and a final ultrasound next week.
