Boob issues...maybe TMI, but I'm curious...

Hey all. So I'm about 20 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and over the last week or two I've noticed part of my right nipple/nipple area looking funny. It almost looks swollen/protruding or something...possibly from a vein or something like that? When I push on that spot it feels sort of harder like it may be a vein but like I said I have no idea (I definitely don't think it's a lump though). I'm not looking for medical advice (because I'll probably send a message to my doc/nurses this week to give them a heads up) but more so want to know if anyone experienced anything like this during any of their pregnancies?
