Vaping

So I found out I was pregnant today which I'm absolutely thrilled, as I had a miscarriage in June. I quit smoking cigarettes when I was pregnant with my son 3 1/2 years ago but picked up the habit again literally as soon as I was off the catheter and remembered how to walk again. I quit smoking cigarettes a year ago and turned to vaping. Well my question is, and please no rude or judgemental comments, is there anyone who has vaped on 0% nicotine during their pregnancy and everything went well? I know there's not really much research that's been done on it, I'm just curious. I'm sure I'll probably stop because I'm a lunatic hypochondriac, I'm just curious.
