A bit embarrassing

After 8 miscarriages I've been told to abstain from sex and even masturbation as orgasms have before given me severe stomach cramps where I have gone on to miscarry afterwards. Here is the embarrassing part...I can't control my dreams. I have intimate dreams and then wake up mid-orgasm. Does anyone else have this? Has anyone been told to avoid anything sexual in a high risk pregnancy and had this, yet gone on to have a healthy baby? It's concerning me but I don't think there's much I can do to stop it.
