Having a scare

7w3d but hard to tell, had some bleeding and cramping. Went and saw my midwife (even tho I wasn't even suppose to have even my first appointmet for another week or two, some first meeting)  she did a ultrasound right in the clinic and saw some movement which she thought was a good sign but it was at a bad angle so she wants me to go into the hospital tomorrow to have a better ultrasound with a better machine. Still feel horrible, just gonna try to sleep until I know for sure. :(
