What could this be?

So recently I've been having pain on my right side around my lower back/butt area, I'm 34 1/2 weeks and it happens at night when I try to switch positions, just wondering what it could be

I had this pain three nights ago. I blew it off the first night thinking I needed water. The next next it kept me up and I couldn't really move Because of the pain. I went to the hospital and I'm still here because It was preterm labor. And now contractions won't stop. I'm only 30 weeks and 5 days. My point is rather be safe than sorry.

Sciatic nerve probably. You're lucky you're is just starting to flare up! I'm 10w4d and the pain is crazy already.
