Abscess during Pregnancy

Hello Ladies,today I am 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I have a abscess on my tailbone.I have mild pain when I press on it and I am so scared that it will become worse with time and might have to get a surgery.Has anybody gone through this during pregnancy..Please please help and tell me your experince..
