Ruptured ectopic pregnancy

I just got home from the hospital this afternoon after suffering from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy on Tuesday. I was 7 weeks 3 days. I lost a lot of blood and had to be transfered from one ER to another. I don't think the loss has hit me yet. I'm still feeling a bit shocked by the whole thing. I had been having abdominal pain that would come and go that I thought was severe constipation. Needless to day I'm disappointed that I didn't get that checked put before the rupture. I lost my right fallopian tube but they say I should have no trouble with future conception. I am a little relieved that any future pregnancy I will have an ultra sound right away.
