Chemical pregnancy

So today I would be 5 week 3 days. Went to doctor on Monday at 5 week 1 day after painful cramping passing clots etc on Sunday. Started spotting the day before my period can which is what printed me to test. It was positive on Nov. 22. I have spotted or have had bleeding since I found out. So I am assuming a chemical miscarriage. At doctor visit there was no gestational sac shown, but doctor said i maybe to early so they was to test again. my progestrone is also extremely low. I have taken a few digital test kinda waiting and hoping to see bfn so I can move on, but digital went from pregnant 1-2 to pregnant 2-3.. Hmm hoping not at ectopic (had one in July lost left tube) idk what to home for feel free to share stories etc.. Idk what to think. Here is my test tonigh at 10pm
