So confused

So I went to Dr last Tuesday for my ultrasound and she said I was 7 weeks 5 days and she didn't see a heartbeat and told me I would most likely miscarry. So since the appointment I have not had Amy signs and mm y pregnancy symptoms have continued. It's now a little over a week since then and I feel like I'm still growing. The first picture is at 5 weeks and second is today which would be 9 weeks. Confused. Any thoughts on maybe she might have been wrong? Any other women have this happen and they were wrong?
