When Glow says I'm fertile should I be having sex everyday or every other day? I feel like everyday would be more effective.

Answer

You should try and have sex everyday during your fertile period. The more sperm the better your chances. Just in case glows predictions are wrong it is a good idea to have sex every other day to cover you if you ovulate earlier or later than predicted. Studies now show that in healthy men having sex every day is not going to lower sperm count.

You should be making sure those are actually your fertile days. Otherwise, if you're TTC, you're just having sex for fun. To increase your conception chances, every other day is recommended because it gives sperm a chance to build up again.
