Femara for Pcos ?

Hi everyone !!

We've been trying to conceive for a year now and we have gotten pregnant 2 times they both ended in early miscarriages. I've went and had infertility testing done and turns out I have Pcos. Starting on my next cycle I'm going to take Femara, has anyone had any success stories with it? Or any stories at all? We're going to do it for 4 cycles.
