Ignorant family members

Ok so, I struggle a bit with comments mostly my extendend family makes. They mostly make subtle homophobic, islamaphobic and prejudiced comments toward white people as it makes me extremely uncomfortable. On top of that if I'm alone with them and they make this comments, if I don't laugh I get teased and stuff. I'm 17 and in my parents cultures there is whole "children should be seen and not heard" vibe going on. A lot of these comments could be gotten rid of if they got a little more educated on hear topics and I can't because it is looked down upon. Also my main uncle that makes these comments, my mum said he had cut ties with his brothers and sisters because he cannot accept being wrong (he is my mom's cousin) and I don't want to ruin it for my mum because she has grown up with him and stuff. Basically, I'm looking for advice on what to do. Thanks in advance 😊
