Help! Baby higher morning after sex ?

So , last night me and my SO had sex at 12 weeks 2 days , and that was the first time since I was about 7 weeks or so . It was a little sore but it's to be expected . I was able to orgasm , but he didn't finish inside me . This morning , I've been feeling a pressure above my pelvic bone when I move or walk , and when I used the Doppler , baby's heartbeat was an inch or so higher . Is this from sex disturbing baby's placement ?? Or just because around 12 weeks your uterus comes upward ? I'm a bit worried to be honest , I had an early loss at 5 weeks last pregnancy... I'm so worried I did something to hurt my baby...
