Post ovulation pain
Does anyone experience post ovulation pain? Today was the last day of my "fertile week" and I had serious pain in my lower abdomen, comparable to day 1 of my period. Very crampy, bloated & hard abdomen. I know they say having sex the day of ovulation but I could barely even stand let alone baby dance!! Any and all opinions welcome=)
