Symptoms

I'm 11.5 weeks pregnant and I feel like all my pregnancy symptoms are gone. It makes me nervous because my doctor said he thought he saw a little clot on my first ultrasound and said it can either dissolve or result in miscarriage. I've had two miscarriages in the past and am terrified to lose this one. I go back on the 27th for another ultrasound but am hoping someone can help ease my mind before then. Can anyone else relate?
