Bed rest at 21 weeks 😕

So I've been having weekly appointments with a specialist and my OB since the beginning of January bc I am considered high risk. My son, who is now 3 and perfectly healthy, was born at 31 weeks due to my cervix being shorter and thinner than normal. They started me on the 17P shots at 16 weeks to try and prevent a repeat of that. Well, my last three visits both doctors said that my cervix should be at least at a 2.5, but it had been at a 2 each time. They want me to continue coming one a week to both of them which gives me a little piece of mind bc they are very attentive. But yesterday my OB officially put me on bed rest for the rest of this pregnancy and said we will be lucky if I can keep my daughter in my tummy for 34 weeks..... I have been so emotional since then and it's hard for me not to be worried. My fiancé said that it will do broth me or the baby any good to worry, but it's hard not to. I just ask that y'all day a prayer for my sweet little girl!!!!
