Swine flu exposure?

Hi Ladies. I'm in the TWW, AF due 2/2. I'm due to be working on a hospital ward on Sunday night, potentially with patients with swine flu. I've rung occupational health and they say as I've had the flu jab I should be ok, as its 70% effective. Any thoughts? This will be my last shift before I am permanently working in an outpatient setting.

I had swine flu and it was by far the worst thing I've ever had.

I went to bed with a slight sore throat and by the next morning when I woke up I could barely move from the fever and body aches and then of course the head spinning, chills/hot flashes and nausea and vomitting kicked in. I've never experienced a flu like it.

If you've had your flu shot and it included h1n1 then your probably fine but if I were you I'd still be washing my hands very frequently, I'd keep my hands away from my mouth/face, my work clothes would go straight off my body into the washing machine when I got home followed by a shower. It sounds excessive but I wouldn't wish swine flu on anyone, it took me over 6 months to fully recover from it and I was nearly hospitalized several times.
