Controlling girlfriends

My intention is not to offend someone, I just speak my mind off on controlling girlfriends. I'll probably never understand girls who are basically controlling their SO lives, who control their phones/social media/emails and so on. I know we all are more or less insecure about them finding someone else, but controlling and checking on every piece of their lives is not gonna help us keeping them by our side. If they wanna cheat or leave, they'd do it even though we check all their messages. And we shouldn't cry or suffer over guys who cheat, they're basically 💩 and we deserve way better!
