Think my boyfriend is cheating?

I might be over thinking this but, my boyfriend keeps his phone by him 24-7 and has a password on it that I do not know. In the past I made him delete his Facebook because, 90% of the time he was talking to females late late at night because, he works night shift but, he would delete the conversation before showing me. He gets mad at every little thing I do or say!! And he use to accuse me of cheating when I work and come right home and take care of the kids. His hours are 12am-8am we live 10 mins from his work and he leaves at 11 and doesn't get home till 9am And I need to add he is always asking me when I'm leaving for work like he is rushing me to leave and he text me before I leave work and ask me when I'm gonna be home
