Nipple Discharge (Both Nipples)

In November of last year I noticed I had some nipple discharge. Concerned I googled and read things that said it was normal: milky, clear, yellow, and green. Then it said I should see a doctor. Well! I saw a nurse practitioner/ midwife at the hospital that works with OBGYNs. (Went that route because I think I wanna have a mid-wife when I have a baby. I am currently trying for our first.) She was concerned and said it was not normal. My thyroid and prolactin levels were checked. Blood work was normal. And she told me since my blood work is fine I am fine. I have read a post on Glow where a girl had the same thing I had and was asking women what they thought. Everybody said it was a hormonal imbalance. So since the "doctor" I went to didn't suggest a mamogram or sonogram should I not worry?
