It works scam?

Does anybody have any experience with the company It Works? I have a friend who works as a distributor and she makes a lot of money 6 figures (or at least she says she does). Problem is when I ask her about the products she says they 100 percent don't work but people are stupid enough to buy them. That kind of stuff pisses me off to be honest, if she really is making that much by scamming people. Her Instagram is filled with her raving about the products saying they helped her lose weight and look good. But in reality she works out a ton and doesn't even use the products.
