Cytomegalovirus positive antibodies

So I heard the dreaded "positive" regarding prenatal tests. I have positive CMV igG antibodies. I been reading a lot and it keeps getting worse, I just can't take it anymore. I was all happy until and hour ago and now I'm in the pregnancy limbo. I don't want to have a baby with "a small chance" of being sick or deaf, or IDK. I need some insight, someone here has the same as me? I can't stop thinking about this. My heart is broken. I've been waiting to have my second child for so long, my first child is 8.
