Possibilities

Hi so for a few weeks i had been taking birth control then i stopped and my fiancé and i kept on having sex. According to glow i ovulated on the 1st and then my fiancé and i had sex on the 2nd at like 2AM. Starting the 3rd i was taking the pill again and still am. I am having cramps and i know they could be for the pill but i am nervous. What are the possibilities that i will end up being pregnant??
