Heart shaped uterus?❤️

I was told today that I have a heart shaped uterus and that its tilted backward? Anyone else have these?

I have a tilted uterus AKA retroverted uterus. Ive bern pregnant twice, it doesnt affect fertility. It just makes sex alittle painful in some positions and angles.

My mom has the same and it just means you can't have a natural birth it requires a c-section

I have the same exact thing both tilted and heart shaped. I just found out bc I’m not having periods, and they did an ultrasound to check for scarring from my first delivery. They’re surprised that they didn’t notice the separated uterus until after my daughter was born, but bc of it the egg attached low and I had placenta prevea so it was really low to my cervix and I was high risk for most of my pregnancy. I worked my entire pregnancy until 38weeks,& had what I would describe as a good/fast delivery.
I have one child already, so it’s not true that it means you can’t give birth naturally... because I did. It just makes it a little harder. 
It also makes it a little harder to get pregnant and Stay pregnant in the beginning so miscarriages are common. My mother has the same thing and I have 2 other siblings all of us born naturally. She had two miscarriages in between.
