Brown discharge with spots of red blood?

Hello, yesterday I started having some brown discharge when I wiped. I went to doctor and he said its normal and only to worry if it turns red! This morning I woke up with a lot more brown discharge but it has red spots all through it! I can't get into doctor til tomorrow! I am currently 5-6 weeks along and not having any cramps, just a bubbly feeling in my belly! Anyone else experiencing this?
