Cervix Help!

Been TTC for 3 Months an I'm never really sure about my CP or CM but yesterday I did check my cervix anyways to put in my data for My Glow Chart an it was super soft an high of course an TMI I was super wet! My husband an I had sex everyday of our fertile days including ovulation day which was yesterday! I checked my cervix today an I am still slightly wet but due to having a tilted cervix it's so hard to tell if I'm open or closed. I can just feel something with the tip of my finger that feels kinda hard. But the rest is super soft. I don't know what's going or if my ovulation date was wrong. So confused please help.
