Physical healing tips after miscarraige/dnc???

Just wondering how much longer to expect symptoms. For me it's still like a very light period consistanly since the procedure, spotting/cramping/headaches/mood swings, and my procedure was 9 days ago. And I'm having night sweats. Exercising almost at all, like even walking the dog, causes bad cramps and my main exercise is swimming which I can't do yet. Also wish I could take an Epsom salt bath but can't yet.
So, any recommendations for supplements/health hacks for getting back on track physically and dealing with side effects after this loss would be appreciated! And how much longer will it take to "get back to normal," at least physically?
So far I've been recommended massage, and herbal supliment/"tea pills" called the free and easy wanderer, raspberry leaf tea, castor oil compresses, hot water bottles, and eating lots of red meat. What are you doing to heal physically/ cope with ongoing side effects from lingering hormones etc?
