Would you get upset if your SO jokingly called you a B****

Growing up that word was pretty much forbidden in our family home. Now that I'm an adult every time I hear it I cringe. Sometimes SO jokingly calls me that if we're playing around. I say nothing because it's not like he calls me that out of anger, but it's makes me kinda uncomfortable. Him and his brother jokingly call their mom that too and his mom says it back to them. It's just a whole different family from the Christian family I grew up in.
