I can't have secrets!!!!

So I find this quite annoying my fiance expect me to tell him everything in life everything I mean everything there are to be no secrets between us like and to me that's just not being realistic I know that he has to go to work and when he's talking to his friends like a man last night she blah blah blah you know girls do the same and if I talk to any of my friends and tell them things about our relationship he flips out cuz I'm not telling him I'm telling other people. I need some advice please!
