Pains in chest

The center of my chest as in in between my breasts along with the top parts & the muscle that is near your armpit & breast hurts.. They hurt so bad & are so tender... Does this sound like my boobs are growing? Im a 18 & 32DDD i don't need them to grow anymore 😩 or is this just a reaction to my new birth control im on (aubra, im still on the first week) im not gaining weight or anything but uggghhh they hurt 😒😩
