Does anyone else find it painful to poop on their period?!

Okay so someone's on my period it's really painful for poop! When I do go use the bathroom I just get this very sharp pain and cramps in my stomach and I have no clue why it happens, more so in the beginning of my period and doesn't always happen! Anyone else??

Sooo painful, I hate it I have to actually sit there for like 30 minutes and wait because it's so painful for me.
