Worried about fetal heart echo

Friday I went for a fetal heart echo de said the heart looked pretty , BUT even the best echo can miss a small hole in the heart and they would be redoing a echo and the pediatrician would probably do ultrasound on baby once she is born. Wondering if I should be worried? With my first daughters echo dr said it looked good and that was the end of it. Wondering if there was something she seen that could make her think a possible hole in the heart
