Waiting for AF

Tomorrow is one month since my miscarriage, 4 weeks ago today. I had a natural miscarriage at 7 weeks and 2 days, the baby stopped growing at 5 weeks. I still haven't had a period, not even any cramps. I've always have very regular cycles, gotten my period every 4 weeks. A week and a half after my miscarriage my husband and I started having unprotected sex again. Should I wait to see if my period comes in the next couple weeks or take a pregnancy test soon? This whole situation is so frustrating, I'm so tired of being sad and mad at everyone.
