Please advise me!! Xxx

My ex left me 6 weeks ago and I am now 6 months pregnant but the issue he won't stop contacting me daily, he left because he said he felt apart from his family's home (mom and brother)(10 mins max in the car) it's been a very amicable split no arguing, the issue I have is I am very confused as why he keeps contacting me daily 3 weeks ago I asked him to stop as it's very confusing for me he agreed to this but this only lasted for about 3 days he found an excuse to message me asking about what baby items I preferred as he had seen some for sale I have asked him to talk about our relationship and he refuses to do so saying there is nothing to talk about, he text me daily/ringing etc what do I do I can't keep ask again what relationship we have? There  has been no sexual contact xx
