Bf/period advice

So my bf and i are long distance and somehow i am always on my period the last few times we have seen each other. Last time we had an arguement/talk about how i feel he acts like he doesnt care about me and he reasssured me he does and everything. Well now i'm on my period and seeing him friday. I don't want to restart an old arguement but i feel the same way i do now as last time. I don't know if its cause of my hormones cause i only feel like this now but am worried if i don't say anything now i will have to wait a month to see him in person again. What should i do??
