Faking pregnancies😡😡

One thing I can't stand is girls that do this. It makes me sick!! Their is one girl that says she had 5 miscarriages the past month. And she said one of them she was 4-5 months pregnant  and the doctor didn't do a d&c? And she also said they they never gave her a ultrasound? someone Please explain to me why people do this?
