Miscarriage nightmare

I'm in a state of lost thats looks like it never ends, I had the d&c after waiting to miscarriage by my self for a week after three days of horrible pain and no bleeding I end up in ER my case is the most dificult even the doctors don't know what is happening, I have a strange tissue in my previous c-section scar they dont know what is it not even with the MRI they did the d&c and I lost a one Lt of blood so they stop with the d&c there is the tissue still in my c-section is been 12 days and my hcg levels are 1089 but they said is good cause there were like 2500 so there dropping, I am still really scare cuz I dont even know when this is going to end, they give me an appoinment for 15 days to check my levels, right know after 12 days post d&c am still sppoting and cramps are almoust gone, I cant find something similar to my case, is been crazy sense they think everything from an etopic, placenta accreta, blighted ovum, molar, scar tissue, fibroid etc. I cant talk to the hubby cuz I dont want him to scare him more I dont have family here so I have to deal with the pain and confusion and fear by my self 😞😓
