Shaving down there

Alright this is the first time I ve shaved all of it!!!!! It's pretty damn hard to shave it All off!!!! And still I can't get it all off!! How do you manage? Its sooooo hard!!! I tried the leg up! Open legs, nothing works the worst part is I don't think I like it shaved, I am actually embarrassed to see what my bf says when he sees it, and appart from that I still have some down there which makes it look like I did a lousy job down there...... Gosh this is embarrassing

any advice, suggestions on how to get it all off is welcome
