6 week old baby with gas???

Hello I'm not sure if my baby has gas but he keeps trying to push and he doesn't seem comfortable. I know he isn't hungry or has a dirty diaper. He doesn't cry but just seems like he cant stay still and keeps trying to push or something. Idk if it normal or u think he might have gas? If he does what over the counter medicine can we get? And if it isn't gas will it harm him?

I would first try laying him on his back and gently putting his legs together and pushing them up to his chest and back. Then the bicycle motion. I always did sets of 10, maybe it will help loosen it and he can pass the gas.  If not I used little tummies gas drops
