Anyone else not going back on birth control pp?

At my 6 week check up my dr asked me about going back on birth control and I decided I didn't want to. I am 14 weeks pp now... I decided not to because I want our kids to be close in age which means I wanna start trying by year end. When I first went off birth control it took my body a long time to adjust and be regular again on its own and didn't want to go through that again. I have only had one period since giving birth however and still waiting on my Second cycle. (I'm not pregnant because I've tested) I am pumping/ sometimes breast feeding...

I always hated bc. It just messed up my biochemistry too much. So i dont plan to go back on it at all. My husband and I decided no more kids and plan to get him a vasectomy in a few months once our newborn is no longer a newborn.

We also chart using FAM and use condoms. Did not want the side effects of a hormonal birth control option, which can screw up your body's natural functions especially when you want to try to conceive again.

I don't choose to use hormonal birth control. We do timing and condoms. Once we have our second, I'm asking my husband to get the snip. Even on a low dose, I had issues with BC.

I'm not! It took us a year to get pregnant so I refuse. We'll use condoms, but that's about it.

We chart and use condoms. The glow app is actually really helpful for charting. We were able to prevent pregnancy for a couple years until we were ready for this one :)

It's a little tricky to get back to charting post partum so we will use condoms until then.

I love charting though- you can tell a lot about your own health through it

I never went on birth control. I exclusively breastfeed and trying to conceive. My son is almost 6 months old

I'm not because I feel foggy and my migraines kick up on birth control. I decided my quality of life isn't worth it.
