Clomid!!

Ok!! So here is my question to the ladies who are taking or who has used Clomid previosly... My doc prescribed me Clomid saying I might not be ovulating coz I am TTC from like decades now 🙄.. So she also told me there are some side effects of clomid like hot flashes, fatigue, pain and so on...Is it common to everyone that that will happen or it depends women to women based on the body conditions ? I am lil bit concern here.. So.....please share some experience ladies 💁🏼. Don't just read share something that could be useful thanks 🤗!!!
