Pregnancy workout questions!
So this last year I gained more weight than I'm comfortable with and a few months ago I slowly started working out to try and lose the weight. but now that I'm pregnant I stopped completely because I'm afraid of doing too much. My doctor hasn't been much help, they just keep telling me gaining weight is good in pregnancy and to not overdo it but haven't given me any solid answers. So basically I want to know what everyone recommends and what workouts they have done while currently or previously pregnant. I just want to feel overall more healthy and tone up my arms and legs really. nothing you can do about a baby bump haha. Thanks everyone!
