New Here! So Confused! :/

Hello! New here. Hoping to ease my mind while making new friends.

Background: DH and I have been ttc. I have 2 other children from previous relationships so have been pregnant before. This last month I was due for my af 3-30 or 3-31. Nothing. For 18hrs on 4-1 I spotted light pink (sorry if tmi) then nothing for 24hrs. Then on 4-3 I got a very light(amount wise) bright red flow(?) which (4-3 to 4-6) proceeded to gradually tapered off and turn pink at the end again. Every test I've taken has been negative. I am still showing symptoms and planning to make an appointment w my OB, but this is driving my mad in the meantime! Was this just a really light af? Thoughts?
